Job Description – Finance Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Finance Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Balance Sheet, and P&L analysis. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS), creating RACI matrices, and designing wireframes using Figma. Proficiency in JIRA for task tracking and agile project management is essential.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, streamline financial workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives. Experience in financial system integration and a strong understanding of accounting principles are required. Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management are key to success in this role.
