General Manager Operations

Collaborate with the management in setting and driving operational strategy, and hiring needs.

Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.

Oversee company operations, plant capacity utilization, total supply chain and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.

Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.

Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.

Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.

Develop departmental SOP and monitor it to ensure the improvement in department performance.

Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

Responsible for expansion activities in terms of plant, building and Machinery etc.).

Develop and manage relationships with vendors, outside consultants, agency to provide effective external support to various department.

To ensure the effective talent management for effective operation management.

Skills and Qualifications

Engineer (Plastic Engineering is preferred) with Master’s degree is preferred

15+ years’ experience in executive leadership positions

Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics

Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
