Role :
Sales Operations Intern
The Sales Operations Intern is primarily responsible for leading Lead Generation, Lead Management and Reporting operations for SaaS and tech companies
Responsibilities
Define buyer persona, discovery checklist
Draft and iterate the email & Linkedin cadences
Research and pre-qualify prospective client organisations using Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, etc
Identify decision-makers and key influencers for outbound prospecting, draft outreach messages
Reach out to identified prospects through LinkedIn and other channels as required
Followup with interested prospects through various channels, including LinkedIn, Emails, Chats etc
Data validation, cleanup, reporting & dashboards using sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot etc
Daily reporting on outreach, conversion and demo calls scheduled
Update CRM with outreach and lead enrichment data, as required
Lead funnel exception reporting and Insights
Create documents in MS excel, Word and PPT as per requirements
Skills
Excellent written & spoken English skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesForce / Hubspot, SalesLoft / Outplay / Klenty, Lusha would be a plus
Proactive, high energy and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure
Desire and ability to rapidly learn a wide variety of new technical skills
