Role & Responsibilities :
- Practice Lead for Executive Search at PGC will be responsible for the P&L of the practice.
- They will be responsible for business development and client fulfilment.
- They will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and recruiting top-level executives.
- They are expected to be adept at using various AI tools to perform hands-on research to zero in on most suitable candidates.
- They must be adept at conducting competency based interviews and assessing candidates' suitability for executive roles.
- They should have ability to administer the Hogan psychometric assessments to the candidate, interpret the report and creating a summary candidate recommendation report for client review.
- Be willing to perform day-to-day tasks such as consulting with clients, understanding their needs, providing timely updates on the progress on hiring, sharing reports, maintaining client / candidate confidentiality, and managing the end-to-end search process.
- They will be required to work with PGC's internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach for the candidate.
- They will be required to facilitate chemistry meetings between the Coach & Candidate and kick-start the transition coaching process.
- They will be required to monitor the transition coaching process over 6-18 month (based on the contract duration with the client) and ensure its success.
