Learn more at : Role Summary : Brand : Dentsu Creative Designation : Senior Management - Account Management Job Location : Richmond Road, Bengaluru Years of experience : 4-7 years in account management / client servicing within mainline or integrated advertising agencies. ( Please note that we are not considering candidates from other industries .) About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Account Management (ATL) to lead key client relationships and drive strategic, integrated campaigns at Dentsu Creative. The role demands a strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, and client relationship management within the mainline advertising ecosystem. Key Accountabilities : Lead day-to-day client interactions and act as the strategic liaison between clients and internal teams. Develop, plan, and execute ATL campaigns, ensuring creative excellence and timely delivery. Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable creative briefs. Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Media teams to deliver integrated brand solutions. Present ideas, campaign strategies, and creative concepts to clients effectively. Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall campaign profitability. Guide and mentor junior team members to ensure quality output and strong client servicing standards. Professional Skills : 4–7 years of experience in client servicing / account management within a mainline advertising agency. Proven expertise in handling ATL campaigns across television, print, OOH, and integrated platforms. Strong understanding of brand communication, creative strategy, and marketing fundamentals. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple clients / projects simultaneously.
