Role Description

Are you a marketing powerhouse ready to drive growth in the dynamic F&B / QSR space Burger Farm is looking for a talented and driven Assistant Manager - Marketing to champion our multi-channel strategy!

THE ROLE : You will be the core engine behind our brand visibility, balancing the excitement of digital presence with the necessity of flawless in-store execution. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who is also ready to dive deep into execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Social & Content Strategy : Develop and maintain the monthly social media content calendar (posts, reels, stories) and coordinate with design teams to produce engaging creatives.
• Influencer Campaigns : Identify, brief, and manage key influencer marketing partnerships, ensuring content aligns with brand objectives and maximizes reach / ROI.
• Offline Visibility : Oversee the execution of all offline marketing elements (sun boards, vinyl, standees) across our stores, ensuring timely installation and adherence to brand standards.
• Campaign Management : Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing launch campaigns for new stores and product rollouts.
• Performance Reporting : Track and report on key metrics for social media, influencer ROI, and offline campaign effectiveness, suggesting data-driven improvements. This includes data sorting and managing from Raw sales data as well to analyze and understand individual.
• Co-ordination : Co-ordination within multiple departments to ensure tasks are on track, keeping regular follow-ups, assisting manager to prepare strategies.

WHAT YOU BRING :

Mandatory : MBA in Marketing (Regular / Full-time program).

Experience : Minimum 2+ years of dedicated marketing experience.

Industry Preference : Prior experience in F&B, FMCG, Hospitality, or Retail is highly preferred.

Skills : Strong analytical abilities, excellent coordination skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
