Electrical System Engineering- General Manager

Job Specification :

• The Head of Electrical System Engineering will be a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of electrical motor design, component selection, outsource component integration (e.G., VFDs, Inverters), and technical business support.
• This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive product quality, manage supplier relationships, establish robust processes, and act as a critical technical liaison for the sales and business teams.
• Experience with Technical Leadership and Design is necessary for this role along with strategy, process and documentation.
• Experience with Business and supplier Engagement and also Component selection and management.
• Cross functional collaboration & understanding of Business Acumen.
• Detail knowledge of Motor design and Optimization with Component management like VFD, inverters, soft starter and power quality solutions
• Process establishment & Product documentation
• Business Enablement & Supplier relationship management is a must,
• Also, Technical Authority, strong communication, Leadership and mentorship is what we are seeking for this role.
