Roles :
Handling the Business Information Support (BIS) tasks as defined by the Group standards to support Coface’s credit insurance business.
The job description :
Information handling
Maintain and update the Group database; process worklist tasks from the automatic workflow; ensure SLAs are respected whilst maintaining quality and productivity as set by internal processing time standards.
Check data on new and existing buyers (company search and identification)
Manage (creation, update) financial links CPNY_INFO and LINK_MGMT tasks, ensuring that
Process added value tasks on files with an exposure level as defined by the Group :
Write DRA reviews, including conclusions and recommendations. Exchange with Underwriting on DRA consistency and decide on corrective actions.
Upload documents (information reports, financial accounts, etc.) to the electronic data management system.
Check pending files as agreed with EIC.
Networking and Liaison
Create "classical enquiry orders" upon request from the Underwriting department.
Provide further information to underwriters, when requested.
Highlight to underwriters any adverse information which is relevant to a review of exposure,
Particularly when a DRA is downgraded and exposure is significant.
Pro-actively build and maintain good working relationships with Underwriting and Information colleagues.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word, etc.)
Compliance
Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by Coface and external regulators.
Required Skills & Experience :
Functional :
Intermediate financial knowledge
Basic understanding of corporate law, accounting principles
Basic knowledge of macroeconomics and industry-sector drivers
Basic knowledge of Coface credit insurance and information products
Basic knowledge of group legal structures
IT :
Computer literacy (MS Office / Excel)
Advanced knowledge of internal company software (ATLAS, ATLAS INFO)
Key Qualifications & Experience :
Master’s Degree educated in Commerce / Business Administration (Finance) preferred. Other disciplines with a combination of accounting / financial.
