EA( (Strategic)) to MD

About the Role As part of our continued evolution, we are now looking to onboard a Founder's Office to work closely with the MD and the broader leadership team. This role is designed for a high-caliber individual with a background in consulting, strategy, or operations, who thrives in high-growth environments and is eager to contribute at the intersection of leadership support, business strategy, and execution excellence. The Founder's Office will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Managing Director, playing a pivotal role in executing high-priority initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. This role requires a blend of project management, strategic planning, research, and executive decision-making support and offers strategic IPO guidance to the Managing Director. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Support

• Work closely with the MD to define and execute key strategic initiatives across different verticals (operations, marketing, business development, finance, etc.).
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations by conducting in-depth research and market analysis.
• Act as an execution partner for the MD, ensuring priorities are actioned and aligned with the company's long-term vision.
• Lead special projects spanning business transformation, digital initiatives, and process optimization. Project & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Oversee and drive alignment across operations, marketing, partnerships, and client management teams, while managing feedback and review loops to ensure continuous improvement and cross-functional cohesion.
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and ensure interdepartmental efficiency in decision-making. Monitor project timelines, track key deliverables, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Support new business opportunities and expansion plans by conducting feasibility studies and stakeholder coordination. Research, Analysis & Decision Support
• Gather intelligence on industry trends, competitor benchmarking, and market opportunities to shape the company's strategic direction.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and business proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage financial and operational data to provide recommendations for improving business performance.
• Ensure the MD is well-prepared for meetings by synthesizing relevant information and formulating talking points.
• Offer strategic IPO guidance to the Managing Director, covering readiness assessments, regulatory considerations, investor positioning, and roadmap planning for a potential public listing. Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as a liaison between the MD and senior leadership, ensuring smooth communication and execution of strategic priorities.
• Facilitate leadership discussions, board meetings, and investor presentations with crisp insights and structured reporting.
• Drive thought leadership by collaborating with the MD on industry events, keynote speeches, and media engagements.
• Manage feedback, review loops, and ensure that insights from stakeholders are captured effectively Who You Are (Key Qualifications & Experience)
• A total of 4–6 years of experience, with a strong foundation in strategy, corporate planning, or business operations, including.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, business analytics, and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
