SAP Workday Cost Center Integration Developer

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SAP S / 4HANA and Workday, specifically for cost center and organizational data.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and synchronization across HR and Finance systems.
• Configure SAP modules related to HR Mini Master, Finance (Cost Centers), and Business Partner data.
• Collaborate with global functional and technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and ensure seamless data alignment.
• Apply basic ABAP skills to analyze, debug, and enhance existing solutions.
• Support testing activities (unit, integration, and UAT) and validate interface results.
• Participate in project planning sessions, provide technical recommendations, and maintain detailed integration documentation.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP HR Mini Master, Finance (Cost Centers), and Business Partner data.
• Proven experience with Workday integrations, preferably involving cost center or organizational data synchronization.
• Working knowledge of SAP configuration and basic ABAP development.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within globally distributed, remote teams.
• Exposure to SAP BTP Integration Suite or Workday Studio tools.
• Understanding of HR–Finance data alignment and reconciliation processes.
• Experience managing multi-system data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
