About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Support Analyst to join our team and provide technical support for our Dynamics 365 (D365) environment.

• You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving data-related issues across multiple platforms including D365, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and associated ETL pipelines.
• As a Data Support Analyst, you will work closely with business analysts, developers, and data engineers to ensure the integrity and performance of our enterprise data systems.
• You will help drive data reliability and quality across operational and reporting layers including Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server.
• This role is ideal for someone passionate about troubleshooting, data architecture, and continuous improvement in a cloud-integrated environment.
