Web Content Specialist

BCTI / CSI is actively seeking a Web Content Specialist to support our global BCTI / CSI Research team. The successful candidate should be detailed orientated, self-directed, highly self-motivated, have an analytical / problem solving mindset, have a willingness to learn and upskill and be able to balance team approach with personal initiative. A keen interest in internet security, Cloud applications, CASB and application / url categorization / reputation are recommended. A limited amount of travel and weekend work may be required from time to time within this role.

What the role offers

• Classify uncategorized websites and identify miscategorized websites in a variety of languages.
• Analyze URLs and IP addresses for security risks and make informed decisions based on contextual web information.
• Research on rank / popularity of any application.
• Proactively review data to train Active-Learning technologies.
• Collaborating with Technical Support and File Threat Researchers on complex investigations.
• Respond to customer queries via email in relation to url / domain categorization and functional coverage.
• Work independently to meet tight deadlines, as well as fully integrate in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional and multilingual team.
• Demonstrate technical know-how, effective communication and getting things done.
