This role combines traditional healthcare billing expertise with cutting-edge AI technology to optimize claim processing, reduce denials, and maximize reimbursements across our healthcare network.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Cycle Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end medical billing operations, from patient registration through final payment collection
- Manage billing team performance and productivity metrics, ensuring accuracy rates exceed 98%
- Develop and implement billing policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators including days in A / R, collection rates, and denial percentages
