Key Responsibilities

• Manage hotel listings on all major OTAs , Expedia, Agoda, MMT, Goibibo, etc.)
• Update room rates, availability, and inventory (ARI) across platforms using a channel manager.
• Create, manage, and optimize promotions and campaigns on OTAs to increase bookings.
• Analyze OTA performance reports (conversion rate, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR) and suggest improvements.
• Monitor competitor pricing and promotions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure content quality (photos, descriptions, amenities, policies) is up-to-date and consistent.
• Handle guest reviews and ratings, and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with the Revenue Manager or Front Office to ensure alignment of room availability.
• Develop relationships with OTA account managers to maximize visibility and negotiate better terms.
