Job description

Key Responsibilities

Configure and implement MAWM modules based on business requirements.

Lead and manage end-to-end configuration cycles , ensuring smooth system deployment and performance optimization.

Design and deliver integration solutions between MAWM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, supply chain applications).

Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to define configuration strategies.

Provide technical expertise and guidance in MAWM proactive management , monitoring, and performance tuning.

Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.

Support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) by creating test cases, validating results, and ensuring issue resolution.

Prepare technical documentation, configuration manuals, and integration guidelines.

Train and mentor junior team members and provide subject-matter expertise to cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in MAWM Configuration and Implementation .

Proven expertise in managing large-scale deployments with MAWM.

In-depth understanding of UK&I integration requirements and compliance standards.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of MAWM Proactive Monitoring and optimization techniques.

Experience working in multi-country or region-specific configurations .

Exposure to supply chain / logistics domain solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in MAWM configuration, implementation, and integration.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
