The Role

We’re looking for an energetic, polite, and confident

Telecaller

who loves talking to people and building trust through conversations.

You’ll be the

first voice of Aaryan Group , connecting with potential customers, explaining our real estate projects, and helping them take the next step toward their dream home.

Your job is not just to call it’s to communicate with care, clarity, and confidence

What We Are Looking For

Good communication in

Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English

positive voice and polite attitude

on every call

Ability to explain property details clearly and confidently

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and calling apps

Punctual, sincere, and willing to learn daily

Telecalling experience (real estate, insurance, or finance) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to clients and share property / project details

Follow up with interested leads and schedule meetings for sales team

Maintain proper data entry and follow-up records in CRM / Excel

Understand client needs and guide them politely

Support sales and marketing team with lead coordination
