JOB DESCRIPTION :

 POST : SALES ENGINEER / SR. SALES ENGINERER

 Location : Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat, Gandhidham

 Experience : 0-5 years

 Qualification : Diploma / B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile /

Mechatronics OR B.Sc / M.Sc.

 Additionally candidates with MBA will be highly preferred

Position Overview :

We are looking for freshers and experienced Sales professionals to join our team and drive business growth in the Diesel Generator segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, especially in the electrical or mechanical engineering sector, and a proven track record of building client relationships, meeting sales targets, and expanding market reach.

Role and Responsibilities :

 Learn and understand the technicalities of the products

 Through market research identify and develop new business opportunities.

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies and set individual sales goals.

 Contact potential customers, over calls, emails and in person meets.

 Understand customers' requirements and recommend the appropriate technical solutions.

 Prepare and draft proposals and quotes based on customers' needs.

 Handling and resolving customer's inquiries in a timely manner.

 Maintain accurate and regular records of leads, inquiries and follow – ups in the CRM software.

 Coordinate with the internal departments for timely dispatch and payment follow-up.

 Creating and maintaining customer relationship database.

 Achieving monthly / quarterly / annual individual sales targets.

 Contribute to the regional business goals and achievement..

 Exceptional sales and customer service skills

 Brilliant presentation skills

 Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving

 Strong communicator, both verbal and written

 Experience and proficiency in CRM, Microsoft office and sales software.
