Job description

Job Summary :

We are looking for a fresher with a strong technical background and interest in analytical instruments, ideally with an academic focus on internship exposure to instrumentation used in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, proactive and possess good communication skills to support the service team in calibration, installation and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in calibration of instruments such as NVPC, LPC, GIT, etcm under senior guidance.

Support installation and servicing of equipment at client sites.

Learn to troubleshoot and respond to breakdown service calls.

Accompany senior engineers on field visits and projects.

Travel within Maharashtra and surrounding areas to support service operations in pharmaceutical facilities.

Assist in preparing service reports and documentation.

Learn about pharmaceutical manufacturing guidelines and compliance standards.

Education :

Diploma or Degree in Electronics and Instrumentation, Electrical, ECE or Control and Instrumentation Engineering.

Recent graduates from 2024 / 2025 batch are encouraged to apply.

Experience :

0-1 Year (Freshers with relevant academic projects or internship experience preferred)

Skills Required :

Basic technical understanding of analytical instruments.

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced service environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Positive attitude and eagerness to travel and work on-site.

Basic understanding of pharma manufacturing processes is a plus.

Key Performance Expectations (KPIs)

Learn and assist in NVPC and VPC calibration.

Understand the working principles of all instruments handled by the company.

Develope knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Working Conditions :

Frequent travel by bus, train or two-wheeler (within 100km)

May involve travel with calibration kits.

Must be open to working during weekends or holidays based on project or service urgency
