The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities.QualificationsMarket Planning and Market Research skillsDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties.Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.Collaborate with sales teams to design and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and advertisements.Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and target audiences.Organize and participate in promotional events and open houses to network with potential clients.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as necessary.Maintain and update company websites and social media profiles with current property listings and content.ATL and BTL handling Experience4-5 years experience in Marketing field (Real Estate)
