The candidate will play an essential role in attracting and selecting top talent to support our growing operations. This role demands proficiency in social media recruiting, talent sourcing, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The applicant should be ready to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to our mission of industry excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in social media recruiting to engage with potential candidates across various platforms (Mandatory skill).
• Adept at talent sourcing techniques to identify and set up an acquisition funnel for top industry talents (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques to streamline and enhance candidate search effectiveness.
• Establishes and maintains strong candidate relationships by understanding their needs and the company's requirements.
• Experience in hard core recruitment, focusing on finding the best matches for specialized roles.
• Utilizes data-driven recruiting methods to track metrics and improve hiring decisions.
• Efficient in using Microsoft Office to handle spreadsheets, documentation, and reports related to recruitment activities.
