Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Finance & Accounts Executive, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work.

The Finance & Accounts Executive will manage daily accounting operations, ensure compliance across GCC, India, and UK, and maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, statutory filings, tax submissions, and supporting business decisions through timely financial reporting.

The role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external consultants across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reconciliations
• GST filing (India), VAT filing (GCC), PF, PT, and other statutory submissions
• Managing vendor payments, invoicing, expense tracking, and monthly closings
• Ensuring multi-country regulatory compliance and timely filings
• Preparing MIS reports, cash flow updates, and financial summaries
• Coordinating with auditors and supporting statutory audits
• Maintaining accurate documentation and financial records
