Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced Platinum-level Benefits Consultant with 10 to 15 years of deep domain expertise in HR Benefits administration and systems . This strategic role involves leading large-scale benefits transformation initiatives, advising clients on best-in-class benefits solutions, and ensuring alignment with compliance standards and business goals.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading HCM platforms (such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM Cloud ) and demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management, and solution architecture skills across global or complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the trusted advisor and solution architect for clients on all matters related to Benefits processes and systems.
- Lead end-to-end implementations and optimizations of Benefits modules within HCM systems.
- Design and configure complex benefit plans including eligibility rules, enrollment processes, life events, open enrollment, and compliance workflows.
- Drive workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define strategy, and map out future-state processes.
- Ensure solutions are compliant with global and regional regulatory standards (e.g., ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define integration requirements (e.g., payroll, time, third-party benefits vendors).
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and implementation teams.
- Support testing, change management, cutover, and go-live phases of implementation.
- Conduct health checks, audits, and post-go-live enhancements for existing benefits systems.
- Stay current on trends, regulatory changes, and platform enhancements in the benefits domain.
Required Skills & Experience :
10 to 15 years of consulting experience focused on Benefits administration and implementation .Deep knowledge of Benefits functionality in SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits / Workday Benefits / Oracle HCM Cloud .Proven experience leading at least 3 5 full-cycle Benefits implementations in large or global enterprises.Strong grasp of compliance and regulatory standards impacting employee benefits globally.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level and business leaders.Expertise in benefits data modeling, business process re-engineering, and system design.Preferred Qualifications :
Certified in relevant HCM platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits , Workday Benefits , or Oracle Benefits Cloud ).Experience integrating benefits platforms with third-party providers or external systems.Familiarity with global benefits requirements across US, EMEA, APAC regions.Exposure to Agile / Scrum project methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Experience in M&A benefits harmonization is a strong plus.
