About the Role

We are looking for a Java Technical Lead who is passionate about designing, building, and optimizing high-performance applications. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot while driving innovation and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Write clean, maintainable code to develop functional web and Spring Boot applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments.
• Modernize and improve legacy applications using cutting-edge technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Work with DevOps teams to implement and maintain GitLab pipelines.
• Gather and address technical and design requirements effectively.
• Provide technical training, guidance, and mentorship to internal teams.
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify and implement new features.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
