E-Learning Design Lead

Type : Full-Time Focus Areas : Artificial Intelligence, ESG, Sustainability, Green Tech

Role Summary : We are seeking a versatile "Full-Stack" Course Creator to lead the development of high-impact e-learning products. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle : researching topics, designing the curriculum, writing scripts, designing visual assets, and producing final video content.

Key Responsibilities :

• Curriculum Design : Structure comprehensive course roadmaps for complex subjects (e.G., Generative AI for Business , Corporate Sustainability Reporting ).
• Content Development : Research and synthesize technical information into clear, engaging scripts and storyboards. (Note : You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, but must possess strong research skills).
• Visual Design : Create high-quality presentation decks (PPT / Canva) and training handouts.
• Video Production : Record and edit screen-casts, animate explainer videos, or manage AI-avatar video generation using tools like Synthesia / HeyGen.
• Assessment : Create quizzes, case studies, and assignments to measure learner retention.

Portfolio is mandatory : Must show examples of video-based learning, not just static slides.

Assignment for Application Consideration :

1) The Task : Create a video script and 3 simple slides for "Scope 3 Emissions".

The Deliverable : Share the final 1-minute video and 3 sample slides to our email at hello@massivue.com with a subject line - "E-learning Assignment Submission".
