Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Associate located in Pitampura. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting luxury watches and accessories, maintaining product knowledge, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include managing inventory, keeping the showroom organized, and handling transactions efficiently. The role requires liaising with the service centre for any customer service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and participating in promotional activities and events.

Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills

Sales Experience and Product Knowledge in the Luxury Watch Industry

Inventory Management and Organizational Skills

Proficiency in Handling Transactions and Point-of-Sale Systems

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus

Prior experience in retail, particularly in luxury goods, is preferred
