About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our Business Development and Sales Department . This is a strategic leadership position that involves direct engagement with stakeholders and clients to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales and business development team to achieve organizational targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS-based products and services .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and create go-to-market plans.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in technical sales and business development, preferably in IT services or cloud solutions.Strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS offerings.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle US-based clients.Leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.Work Schedule
