The CRM Intern will be responsible for :

  • CRM & Loyalty marketing campaign planning and execution across various channels.
  • Coordinate stakeholders with the marketing and events team, CRM and Loyalty partner.
  • Work on Marketing automation tools.
  • Help launch new initiatives.
  • Perform research and analysis in support of operations.
  • Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data.
  • Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and / or solutions and provide recommendations.
  • Manage CRM billing and invoicing.
  • Qualifications :

  • Must be pursuing a degree in a related field.
  • Proficient Martech skills (Clevertap,Moengage)
  • Must have the ability to plan and coordinate work in a sufficient and organized manner.
  • Must be able to take initiative and work with little or no direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
