Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Finance personnel with over 10 years of experience in business finance, financial planning, and P&L ownership. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, driving growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making through sharp financial insights, strong business acumen, and a proactive, self-starter approach.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Business Finance partnering across multiple business verticals, ensuring alignment of financial goals with strategic objectives.
• Drive P&L management, providing actionable insights to optimize revenue, margins, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement robust budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking processes;

ensure timely and accurate MIS.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Experience :

ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven insights.

experience with BI tools is an advantage.

Education : MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional qualification.
