Manager / Senior Manager - Corporate Communications Summary.

As a member of the Corporate Communications team at SAEL Industries Ltd. you will work cross-functionally on various projects and initiatives, driving an integrated communications strategy internally and externally.

As an energy sector expert, primarily, you will be leading storytelling exercises and content development, creating a strong narrative around the energy businesses of the company and sustainability initiatives.

You will be managing multiple projects at a time that entail industry events, media interviews, branding initiatives, website curation, social media blogs, social media listening and more.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy aligned to business goals and policy narrative within the energy sector.
• Define and maintain the organizations narrative, value proposition, and key messaging for executives, products, projects, and policy positions.
• Produce high-impact content for internal and external audiences, including CEO letters, quarterly and annual reports, corporate narratives, policy briefings, case studies, press releases, and issue-based blogs for social media.
• Contribute to the annual communications planning, setting objectives, metrics, and budgets; manage cross-functional programs to ensure consistency and coherence across all channels.
• Monitor media coverage and share in-depth analysis basis the social listening, especially during crisis situations.
• Coordinate with agency networks to get strategic insights and intelligence.
• Manage and optimize content for owned media (corporate website, blogs, newsletters, intranet) and social channels (LinkedIn, industry forums, YouTube, etc.
• Oversee multimedia content production, including video scripts, podcasts, infographics, and interactive media.
• Stay informed on Indian energy policies, tariffs, subsidies, global trends and regulatory developments affecting the sector.
