About the Role

As a Technical Implementation Manager , you will lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of PriceEasy’s solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll operate at the intersection of technology, data, and client success — ensuring smooth onboarding, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.

This is a client-facing, office-based role requiring excellent program management, strong technical understanding of integrations, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle — from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Manage technical integrations , data mapping, and connections between client systems and PriceEasy’s platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Act as the technical liaison for clients, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Track and report progress, risks, and dependencies using strong program management discipline .
• Analyze and validate client data using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Build client confidence through proactive communication, structured problem-solving, and professionalism.
• Continuously improve implementation processes for efficiency and scalability.
