About The Role
ERBrains is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, and related IT skill sets .
You will work closely with delivery teams and hiring managers to close positions efficiently while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end IT recruitment for roles across Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE), Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, and other IT domains .
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social media, referrals, and staffing networks .
- Screen resumes, evaluate technical skills, and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track the entire hiring lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future staffing needs.
- Handle permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire recruitment requirements.
- Work with external staffing partners and vendors when required.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and ATS data accuracy.
- Ensure fast turnaround time (TAT) and high-quality hiring.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field .2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing industry .Strong experience hiring for Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Azure, M365, .NET, Cloud, etc.) preferred.Experience working with IT service companies, consulting firms, or staffing agencies .Hands-on experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing tools .Solid understanding of technical skills, IT roles, and software development lifecycle .Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Preferred (Staffing Industry) Qualifications
Experience in contract staffing, resource augmentation, bench sales, and vendor management .Ability to manage multiple positions across different time zones (India, Middle East, US) .Strong network of IT candidates and staffing partners.Experience in bulk hiring , niche skill hiring, and quick-turnaround recruitment.
