Key Responsibilities :
- Develop creative and visually compelling designs for websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, and Product to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all materials.
- Produce high-quality graphics that adhere to brand guidelines while bringing fresh and innovative design ideas.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into projects where appropriate.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original and strategic design ideas.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Edit and retouch images and adjust layouts and compositions as required.
- Work with external professionals such as printers, photographers, and illustrators to ensure high-quality project execution.
Qualifications and Skills Required :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong and diverse design portfolio.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout.Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design ideas and concepts.High attention to detail and ability to work independently and in team settings.Adaptability and openness to feedback for design iterations.Knowledge of UI / UX design and web design principles is a plus.Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is a bonus.Familiarity with branding and marketing strategy is an advantageSkills Required
