Job Title : Warehouse Operations Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the design and harmonization of logistics and warehousing processes across regions. This critical role will be pivotal in aligning transportation, distribution, and warehouse functions with global standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development of efficient logistics and warehousing processes, ensuring seamless integration across regions.
  • Conduct workshops with subject matter experts to gather requirements and perform thorough analysis.
  • Align logistics and warehousing functions with the overall supply chain strategy, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Create comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, training materials, and readiness assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with OTC and P2P teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.
  • Provide expertise in testing, cutover, and hypercare post-implementation, ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in logistics and warehousing within consulting or supply chain roles.
  • Prior consulting experience is essential; Big 4 or Tier 1 firm background preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading logistics and warehouse design for ERP-enabled global rollouts.
  • Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Experience in Retail and Consumer Goods industries is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC or SAP S / 4 HANA is highly desirable.
