Job Title : Operations Team Lead – ARF Post-Retirement & New Business S&I - UK

Mandatory Skills :

• 4–6 years of experience in financial operations;

1–2 years in a supervisory role

Role Overview :

As an operations Supervisor , you will lead and manage teams handling ARF Post-Retirement and New Business S&I processes. You will oversee daily operations, allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. The role involves mentoring team members, resolving escalations, and collaborating with QA and compliance teams to maintain high service standards.

Process Insight :

This role supports key financial processes including ARF inputting , surrenders , and savings updates . You'll be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement while driving team performance through regular coaching, huddles, and reviews.
