What You’ll Do (High Ownership)

Design and build Grovio’s multi-agent AI orchestration engine

Architect scalable workflows, microservices, and distributed systems

Build core backend systems + high-velocity features

Lead integration of LLMs, toolchains, automations, and data pipelines

Collaborate directly with founders on product + strategy

Set engineering standards, CI / CD, DevOps, and system reliability

Help hire and grow the engineering team as we scale

This is a 0 → 1 → scale leadership role, not a maintenance job.

What We’re Looking For

Strong engineering + architecture background

Experience with at least some of :

Python / Node.Js / TypeScript

AI / LLM workflows

LangChain / agentic frameworks

Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)

Distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architecture

Docker, Kubernetes, AWS / GCP

Ability to break down complex problems and ship fast

Clear communication + founder mindset

Someone who wants to build , not wait for instructions
