We're looking for a skilled and collaborative Performance Test Engineer III to help us ensure our software solutions are scalable, resilient, and high-performing. You'll work in a supportive, agile environment alongside a diverse team of engineers who value clean code, usability, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex performance challenges and wants to contribute to building reliable systems that serve users at scale.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to understand and gather non-functional requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain performance and scalability testing frameworks.
• Automate performance tests and integrate them into CI / CD pipelines.
• Monitor test execution and analyze results to identify bottlenecks.
• Support development teams in diagnosing and resolving performance issues.
• Establish benchmarks and performance baselines for ongoing improvement.
