We’re expanding our online presence and looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Manager to take charge of our digital storytelling and grow our community across platforms.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can lead Calfnero’s social presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest .

You’ll be responsible for developing creative ideas, managing shoots, editing engaging reels, coordinating influencer collaborations, and running impactful campaigns that reflect the brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop monthly content strategies and campaign ideas aligned with brand goals.

Handle product and lifestyle photo / video shoots – from concept to execution.

Edit reels and short-form videos for social media using mobile or desktop tools.

Create visually appealing content using Canva and other editing apps.

Coordinate and manage influencer collaborations – outreach, communication, and brief creation.

Write and share influencer briefs for campaigns and barter collaborations.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audios, and formats to keep the brand relevant.

Plan and schedule content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest .

Track and report social media performance, engagement, and growth metrics.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience managing social media or working with influencer marketing.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest algorithms .

Skilled in video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.) and Canva.

Excellent eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling.

Comfortable managing shoots and working with photographers, models, or creators.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Creative, proactive, and passionate about fashion and digital media.
