Agile & DevOps Enablement Specialist - SAP

Job Title : Agile and DevOps Champion SAP

Location : India (with global responsibilities)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the transformation of SAP delivery models from waterfall to Agile approaches
• Champion the adoption of DevOps principles in SAP AMS environments, driving continuous integration, automated testing, and faster release cycles
• Design and implement frameworks for Agile and DevOps across different SAP project types (implementation, AMS, cloud transformations)
• Guide SAP project and support teams in adopting Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid Agile-Waterfall models
• Evaluate, implement, and scale supporting tools (e.G., Jira, Azure DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, test automation frameworks, collaboration platforms)
• Drive change management initiatives to embed new ways of working across people, processes, and tools
• Develop and deliver enablement plans, including training programs, knowledge sharing, and ongoing coaching for teams
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure adoption, maturity, and business impact of Agile and DevOps practices
• Collaborate with SAP program managers, architects, and delivery leadership to align transformation initiatives with business and technology goals
• Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert for modern delivery practices within the SAP ecosystem
• Engage with SAP product teams, industry forums, and partners to stay current on relevant trends and best practices
• Provide hands-on guidance in restructuring delivery governance, processes, and structures to support Agile & DevOps adoption
