Job Description :

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in IT / Technical hiring to join our HR team at Noida (Sector 94). The ideal candidate should be proactive, result-oriented, and able to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, , and references.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Support HR operations as and when required.

Requirements :
