• Proven solution design capability – analyzing problem statements, building solution, representing solutions at deal level, discussion, and presentation with clients, running workshops, business case / ROI building.
• Understanding and driving digital transformation initiatives to achieve committed benefits.
• Experience in leading digital solutions like Gen AI, Document AI, ML / NLP, RPA, Advanced Analytics
• Ability to operate in a complex environment and aligning diverse internal / external teams to achieve program outcomes Practice development skills with identification and building innovative solutions basis gaps in existing capabilities.
• Proven program delivery management skills, getting deep into the requirements when needed. Educational Requirements Graduate
