Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate Corporate Ticketing position and is located on-site in Gurugram. The Associate Corporate Ticketing professional will handle day-to-day ticket sales, manage reservations, and ensure excellent customer service. This role involves communicating with customers, processing sales, and ensuring all bookings are accurate and timely. The position requires a proactive approach to addressing client travel needs and ensuring exceptional service throughout the booking process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Ticket Sales and Reservations (Freshers with excellent score in Mathematics)
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to handle sales and manage client relations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
