Job Title : IT Recruiter – US Staffing (Night Shift)

Location : Mohali (Onsite)

Shift : Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Experience : 0 to 5+ Years

Job Summary :

Join our dynamic US Staffing team as an IT Recruiter working in the Night Shift (US Time Zone) . We’re seeking a proactive and motivated individual. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your career in US IT recruitment while working with top-tier clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between consultants and clients.
  • Source and identify requirements through job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and networking channels.
  • Negotiate consultant rates, finalize deals, and ensure timely placements.
  • Maintain an active consultant pipeline and submit daily activity and performance reports.
  • Stay informed about recruitment trends , visa regulations , and client requirements .

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 1 to 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong understanding of the US recruitment life cycle and visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills .
  • Proficiency in job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter .
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite during US business hours (Night Shift).
