Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Associate
to join our sales team. The role involves driving international SaaS and IT sales, generating high-quality leads, managing cold calling campaigns, and building strong client relationships across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with international clients.
- Develop and deliver effective sales pitches tailored to SaaS and IT solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM tools.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.Proven experience (1-2 years) in SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or B2B International Sales.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage global clients.Experience incold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition
Ability to understand client pain points and present SaaS / IT solutions effectively.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.We are looking for candidates from Kerala who are from Kochi or willing to relocate to Kochi.
