Our work bridges law, advocacy, and organisational transformation to ensure that respect becomes the norm, not the exception.Role overviewWe are seeking an Associate with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law, workplace rights, or gender justice and be eager to combine legal expertise with training, consulting, and community-building in a dynamic environment .Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advisory support to clients on compliance with the PoSH Act, including policy drafting, documentation, and case managementAct as a resource person for Internal Committees (ICs) , assisting with enquiries, documentation, and ensuring adherence to natural justice principlesDraft and review policies, contracts, and workplace guidelines to ensure compliance with labour and anti-harassment lawsDesign and facilitate PoSH, DEI, and gender sensitisation training programmes for employees and leadership teamsConduct research and prepare case summaries, legal opinions, reports, and presentations on workplace rights, DEI, and women’s inclusionAssist in designing and implementing DEI audits, assessments, and surveys for clients, and analyse workplace data to provide recommendationsSupport delivery of CSR and DEI projects , including client strategy, proposals, and business development pitchesLiaise with external stakeholders such as NGOs, government bodies, and legal counsels where requiredContribute to SheSR’s thought leadership through articles, white papers, social media, webinars, and panel discussionsMentor interns and junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverablesRepresent SheSR at client meetings, industry forums, and conferences to strengthen visibility and credibility.Key RequirementsLaw graduate with a minimum of 3 years PQE (experience in employment law, workplace rights, or human rights law preferred)Prior exposure to the PoSH Act and workplace investigationsStrong research, drafting, and analytical skillsExcellent spoken and written communication skills ( English essential ; additional Indian languages a plus)Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple client mandates and timelinesDemonstrated commitment to gender justice, DEI, or workplace transformationWhat We OfferOpportunity to work at the intersection of law, gender justice, and organisational changeExposure to diverse sectors and leading organisations across IndiaHands-on involvement in both advisory and community-building projectsCollaborative and values-driven team culture.CTC : ₹6,00,000 per annumProbation Period : 3 monthsHow to ApplyPlease send the following documents to ( ) with the subject line Application – Associate (Your Name) on or before 30 September 2025Updated CVCover LetterOriginal Writing Sample (unpublished or solely authored by you)Names and details of two references from previous workplace(s)
