Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer (Java + React) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java-based backend development along with hands-on experience in React.js for frontend development.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable backend services using Java / Spring Boot.
• Design and implement responsive and dynamic front-end applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI / UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-performing solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and best Skills and Qualifications :
• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong programming experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of build tools like Maven / Gradle and CI / CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of web performance and optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration Qualifications :
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker / Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.).
