Primary Function of Position :
The Automation Coordinator will be responsible for providing operations and system support to the Business Process department. This includes maintaining, identifying, analyzing, testing, and developing business system automation solutions. Working with process owners and end users to identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop solutions to improve process effectiveness and efficiencies.

Job Description
Daily maintenance of automation solutions.
Set up automation processes and map document layouts.
Manually verify and fix automated data extraction results.
Communicate with and provide operational support to Service department end users.
Analyze end users’ needs and requests, identify and propose automation solutions using system
standards and best practices.
Monitor, track, resolve, and escalate system / application issues reported by end users.
Drive continuous improvement, including operational efficiency such as transactional
automation.
Maintain system tables, configuration, and / or master data.
Analyze production issues to determine root cause and provide recommendations to the IT
development team.
Partner with IT and other cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and to define / develop
future business requirements for any new system automation, enhancement or process.
Create and maintain training documentation for business processes.
Provide operational and business system training to end users.
Document, maintain and implement standard operating procedures and associated reference
documentation for processes.
Support projects as assigned by management.
Create and develop user requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
Conduct integration and user acceptance testing and provide guidance on new processes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preference in science.
3-5 years relevant work experience in Service Support environment preferred.
Proficient understanding of CRM / ERP business systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and basic
knowledge of RPA tools (Automation Anywhere etc.)
Intermediate coding language knowledge (Python, RegEx experience to enhance extracted data
is preferred)
Intermediate knowledge of Databases – writing & understanding of SQL queries and stored
procedures is preferred.
Experience working with EDI and Business Analysis / Reporting tools (SAP BI, Tableau, etc.) are
preferred.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize duties.
Proficient in working with MS – Excel, MS-Access.
Must be capable of working effectively in cross-functional project teams.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
Effective analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
The candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong
interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
Experience in automating business system processes is preferred.
Knowledge in improving business processes through machine learning and\or AI is preferred.
Ability to travel occasionally (max 5-10%)
Ability to work during Europe office hours.
