Responsibilities
- Understand and translate HRMS-related business processes into UAT test scenarios.
- Design and execute UAT test cases reflecting Talent Acquisition and Talent Management workflows.
- Capture detailed user feedback, triage issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare UAT test reports and facilitate sign-offs from stakeholders.
Automation Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for high-priority workflows using tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.Build reusable automation components for UAT.Integrate automation suites with CI / CD tools to support continuous delivery.Collaborate with QA leads and dev teams to ensure comprehensive coverage and early detection of defects.Requirements
4-6 years of experience in QA, with strong exposure to User Acceptance Testing and test automation.Domain experience in HRTech, Talent Acquisition, or working with platforms like Eightfold, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.Understanding of HRMS workflows : sourcing, screening, onboarding, performance, internal mobility, etc.Experience in writing and executing UAT test cases, working directly with business users.Hands-on experience with one or more automation tools : Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.Working knowledge of tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, Git, and CI / CD platforms.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.This job was posted by Divya Bharathi from Thinkpalm Technologies.
