We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook / Instagram Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and A / B testing for better CTR & conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
• Manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI within allocated spend.
• Implement remarketing, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies.
• Generate weekly / monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and best practices in paid advertising.
