Skills Required
- Proven experience of 5 to 7 years as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Readiness to take up HR activities like Onboarding, ELC, audit related and HR OPS activities as needed
Responsibilities :
Data Analysis and Reporting :Utilize advanced Excel functions for in-depth data analysis.Maintain and update existing reports with a focus on accuracy and relevance.Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights.Tracker and Report Creation :
Develop new trackers and reports based on organizational needs.Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements.Data Management :
Ensure data integrity and security through effective data management practices.Regularly audit and clean datasets to maintain high-quality data.Collaboration with HR :
Work closely with HR for the analysis and reporting of HR-related data.Assist in developing HR metrics and key performance indicators.Process Improvement :
Identify opportunities for process improvement in data management and reporting.Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Skills Required
