Job description

This is a commission-only, performance-driven role . You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, acquiring clients, and closing profitable deals. Earnings are based on a percentage of project value , with a 6-month performance review to assess results.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline

Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals

Maintain relationships with key decision-makers for repeat business

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project handover

Report regularly on leads, pipeline, and revenue

Candidate Profile

10+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management

Proven ability to acquire projects and meet revenue targets

Strong network, negotiation, and communication skills

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

Compensation

Commission-based earnings with attractive percentage share
